The Department of Epidemiology at the University of Michigan, School of Public Health invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor faculty position in Genetic Epidemiology. Successful applicants should have a Ph.D. level training and research background in genetics, epigenetics, statistical genetics, genetic epidemiology methodologies and/or applications. Our Department of Epidemiology is home to over 30 highly interdisciplinary, internationally-recognized researchers and scholars in a broad range of epidemiologic disciplines. The Department has a large and highly successful training program at both the masters and doctoral level. Genetic epidemiologists from a broad range of disciplines (chronic disease, cancer, cardiovascular, infectious, environmental, nutrition, population dynamics) are encouraged to apply.
