The Dana Center for Preventive Ophthalmology in Johns
Hopkins School University is an internationally
acclaimed center for prevention of blindness. We
invite applications for a full-time Assistant
Professor, tenure track position. The position is
available Summer 2018 and requires a doctoral degree
in epidemiology or statistics with experience in the
conduct and data analyses of studies in eye diseases.
Candidates should also have interest in clinical
trials. Successful candidates will be responsible for
working collaboratively and independently to develop
research in eye disease epidemiology. Of particular
interest are candidates who bring expertise in
quantitative methods. The position will require that
candidate obtain independent research grant funding,
publish manuscripts and develop an independent program
of research. Salary will be commensurate with
experience.
