We relentlessly pursue solutions to
revolutionize cancer research. Are you made for this?
Northwell Health is New York State’s
largest healthcare provider and private employer with 21
hospitals, nearly 550 outpatient practices and serves 8
million people in the metro New York area and beyond. At
Northwell Health, we aren’t satisfied with settling. We
continually search for innovation in everything we do. We’re
not afraid to push boundaries, challenge conceptions and go
further to find breakthrough solutions. Ultimately, we’re all
about making a powerful and positive impact on our patients
and their loved ones. As a research faculty at our
world-renowned Feinstein Institute for Medical Research,
you’ll do just that by leading important new cancer
epidemiology research.
The Occupational Medicine,
Epidemiology & Prevention (OMEP) Department is developing a
population-based cancer research program. Given the vast
patient population and clinical resources of Northwell Health,
this cancer program will focus on utilizing research to
identify, develop, and evaluate effective ways to deliver
personalized patient care. We are recruiting two
Assistant/Associate Professors to pioneer this cancer program
in the following research areas:
B ehavioral
Epidemiology
The OMEP Department is recruiting a
PhD level (or MD + MPH) social behavioral epidemiologist, in

in disease survivorship. Research experience in the field of
cancer prevention and control is preferred. The researcher is
